Shipment fee's calculating depending on orders weight.
Orders weighing less than 10 Kilograms:
For orders weighing less than 10kg, the shipping fee is calculated on the payment screen. If the weight of your order is less than 10kg, please choose "Standard Shipment (Max 10kg)" at checkout.
Order weighing more than 10 Kilograms:
For orders weighing more than 10kg, the shipping fee is needed to pay separately. If the weight of your order is more than 10kg, please choose "Shipment for Orders Heavier Than 10kg" at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you want to return or exchange the product you have ordered, you can follow the ways below.
If your order has not been shipped yet:
You can start your return / exchange process before your order is shipped by contacting us at support@bugeto.com or sales@bugeto.com
If your order is in shipment:
You can initiate the process for the cancellation / exchange of your order by contacting us at support@bugeto.com and sales@bugeto.com e-mail addresses. The authorities will inform you about the return / exhchange process.
If your order has reached to you:
If your order has reached you, it is important that the product is unused and the thread is intact for exchange / return. You can contact us via support@bugeto.com and sales@bugeto.com to start a return / exchange procces.
